He is best known as the Chief Executive Officer of Acquisity, an artificial intelligence software platform focused on automating B2B client acquisition, sales workflows, and digital marketing systems.
Over the course of his career, Stauffer has founded and exited multiple technology companies across internet infrastructure, cloud hosting, SaaS platforms, and AI software systems. He first gained industry recognition through the founding of Brinkster Communications, a web hosting and infrastructure company that supported early internet businesses and software developers during the commercial internet expansion of the late 1990s and 2000s.
His career reflects a consistent focus on scalable technology systems designed to automate business processes and enable companies to operate more efficiently through software infrastructure.
Early life
Jared Stauffer was born on July 20, 1975, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was raised in a middle-class household by his parents, Robert and Donna Stauffer. His mother worked as a school teacher, while his father operated small businesses in photography and accounting.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial household provided Stauffer with early exposure to business operations and systems thinking. His first encounter with computing came in the 1980s when his father brought home a Commodore 64. The experience sparked a lasting interest in programming and technology. By the age of twelve, while in seventh grade, he had begun writing his own computer programs.
The rapid growth of the commercial internet during the 1990s further shaped his ambitions, reinforcing his belief that small teams could build software platforms with global reach.
Education
Stauffer attended Cortez High School in Phoenix, Arizona, and later Tolleson High School in Tolleson, Arizona.
He subsequently enrolled at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Studies in 1999. In 2008, he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. During his tenure at Grand Canyon University, he became the first individual inducted into the Grand Canyon University College of Business Hall of Fame.
Career
Early career
Stauffer began his professional career in 1998 as a software engineering consultant at Intel, where he worked on enterprise software development and computing infrastructure projects. His entry into the technology industry coincided with the rapid expansion of internet platforms and enterprise software during the late 1990s.
Brinkster Communications (1999–2016)
In 1999, Stauffer founded Brinkster Communications, an internet hosting and infrastructure company designed to serve software developers and online businesses during the pre-cloud computing era.
As founder and chief executive, he oversaw the development of hosting infrastructure, network operations, and enterprise software deployment systems. During the early 2000s, he established a notable partnership with Microsoft, positioning Brinkster as one of the first hosting providers integrated with the Visual Studio .NET development environment. The integration allowed developers to deploy applications directly from their development environment into hosted infrastructure.
Brinkster grew into a recognized hosting infrastructure provider serving businesses and developers globally. In 2015, Brinkster's data center operations were voted the number one data center in Arizona by Ranking Arizona Magazine. After more than fifteen years at the helm, Stauffer sold Brinkster Communications in 2016.
Digital Panda (2016–2018)
Following the sale of Brinkster Communications, Stauffer founded Digital Panda, a technology company focused on digital products, online platforms, and technology services. He later exited the company in 2018.
Acquisity (2018–present)
Stauffer subsequently became Chief Executive Officer of Acquisity, an artificial intelligence software company that develops AI-powered systems for business growth automation.
At Acquisity, he oversees the development of AI platforms designed to automate B2B client acquisition, sales operations, and marketing systems. The platform integrates artificial intelligence agents capable of performing tasks including lead research, outbound email campaigns, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and sales pipeline analysis. Acquisity has positioned its platform as an AI operating system for business growth, enabling companies to scale customer acquisition without building large internal sales teams.
